Kidney Walk - Participating in a Kidney Walk is a fun way to exercise and spend time with friends, while helping to support 20 million Americans affected by kidney disease. The Kidney Walk is a non-competitive walk/run. Kidney Walks are held throughout the year, and events are open to the general public, patients and families, corporate teams and the medical community. The Kidney Walk has heightened awareness of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) by raising over $3 million in the past three years. $.76 of every dollar that was raised went to the support of: education about organ donation, detection and prevention of kidney and urinary tract diseases, public health education and community services, and professional education. Cadillac Invitational Golf Tournament - With support from the Cadillac Motor Car division and honorary chairmen Fred Couples and Tom Watson, the Cadillac Invitational Benefiting the National Kidney Foundation has grown to become the nation's premier amateur golf event for charity. Over the past ten years, the event has raised over $35 million for the National Kidney Foundation and attracted the participation of over 100,000 golfers nationwide. Last year, 130 tournaments were held across the country, attracting 20,000 golfers and guests and raising approximately $7 million for the NKF.
Again this year, the prestigious Pebble Beach Resorts in California will serve as host of the season-ending Cadillac Invitational National Finals, a "tournament of Champions," where local tournament winners vie for National Championship honors.

US Transplant Games - The National Kidney Foundation, Inc. (NKF) is once again proud to present the U.S. Transplant Games. The Foundation is a voluntary health agency dedicated to preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases, improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases and increasing the availability of ALL organs for transplantation.
The Foundation has presented the U.S. Transplant Games since 1990. Our many organ and tissue donation programs signify a commitment to those Americans awaiting life-saving transplants, those who have received transplants and those who donate organs and tissues of their loved ones. In a true celebration of life, the U.S. Transplant Games unites thousands of people from all over the country who represent each of these groups.
The Games serve to promote the health and fitness of its participants while showcasing the success of transplantation and highlighting the tremendous need for more organ and tissue donors. The Foundation offers other transplant athletic events, including the U.S. Winter Transplant Games and acts as manager for Team USA to the World Transplant Games.
